有限会社ディーエスマネジメント（屋号: D'S management。以下「当社」）は、写真セレクト支援ツール FrameCura（以下「本ソフト」）および本サイトの提供にあたり、お客様の情報を次のとおり取り扱います。

0. はじめに ― お客様の写真について

本ソフトは、お客様の写真を送信しません。 写真の解析は、すべてお客様のPC・Macの中だけで行われます。写真そのもの、ファイル名、フォルダ名、撮影情報（EXIF）を、当社が受け取ることはありません。サムネイルや縮小画像も送信しません。

お客様の写真を、当社が学習や統計に利用することもありません。

1. 本ソフトが送信する情報

本ソフト自体は、当社のサーバーを含め、インターネットに接続しません。 ライセンスの確認、ご購入、更新の配信は、Windows 版では Microsoft Store、Mac 版では App Store の仕組み（それぞれ OS に組み込まれた機能）が行います。その際に各社が取り扱う情報は、 Microsoft のプライバシーに関する声明、 Apple のプライバシーポリシーに従います。当社はそれらの情報を受け取りません。

2. 当社が取得する情報

お問い合わせの内容	メール等でお問い合わせいただいた場合に、その内容とご連絡先を、回答のために取得します
本サイトのアクセス情報	Google アナリティクスによる、個人を特定しない形の利用状況（下記6）

本ソフトをお使いいただくにあたって、当社にメールアドレスその他の情報をご登録いただくことはありません。

3. 取得しない情報

お客様の写真、およびその一部（サムネイル・切り出しを含みます）
ファイル名・フォルダ名・撮影情報（EXIF）
本ソフトの中で行った操作の記録（どの写真を残したか、除外したか）
お名前・メールアドレス・Microsoft アカウントや Apple ID の情報（お問い合わせをいただいた場合を除きます）
クレジットカード情報（お支払いは Microsoft Store・App Store が扱います。当社は受け取りません）

4. 利用目的と第三者への提供

お問い合わせの内容は、その回答のためにのみ利用します。法令に基づく場合を除き、お客様の情報を第三者に提供することはありません。ご案内していない広告メールをお送りすることはありません。

5. 業務の委託先・利用するサービス

Microsoft Corporation	本ソフトの配布、ライセンスの管理、お支払い（Microsoft Store）。お支払いに関する情報は Microsoft 社が取り扱い、当社は受け取りません
Apple Inc.	Mac 版の配布、ライセンスの管理、お支払い（App Store）。お支払いに関する情報は Apple 社が取り扱い、当社は受け取りません
エックスサーバー株式会社	本サイトおよびメールの設備
Google LLC	本サイトのアクセス解析（Google アナリティクス。下記6）

6. Cookie・アクセス解析

本サイトでは、サイトの利用状況を把握するために Google アナリティクス（Google LLC）を利用しています。 Google アナリティクスは Cookie を使用し、 個人を特定しない形でアクセスの情報（閲覧したページ、参照元、おおよその地域、ブラウザやOSの種類など）を収集します。

お名前・メールアドレスなど、個人を特定できる情報は送信していません。
収集した情報は、Google 社のプライバシーポリシーに基づいて管理されます。

収集を望まれない場合は、Google が提供するオプトアウトアドオン、またはブラウザの設定で Cookie を無効にすることで停止できます

本ソフト（アプリ）にはアクセス解析を入れていません。 どの写真をご覧になったか、どう操作されたかを当社が知ることはありません。

7. 保存期間・開示・削除のご請求

お問い合わせの内容 … 対応の完了後 1年で削除します

お問い合わせの記録について、内容の確認・訂正・削除をご希望の場合は、下記の窓口までご連絡ください。ご本人であることを確認のうえ、速やかに対応します。

Microsoft Store でのご購入の記録は Microsoft 社が、App Store でのご購入の記録は Apple 社が保有しています。その確認や削除は、Microsoft アカウントまたは Apple ID の設定からお手続きください。

内容を変更する場合は、本ページに掲載します。

DS MANAGEMENT, Y.K. (trade name: D'S management; "we", "us") handles your information as described below in providing FrameCura, a photo culling tool (the "Software"), and this website.

0. Your photos

The Software does not send your photos anywhere. All analysis runs entirely on your PC or Mac. We never receive your photos, file names, folder names, or shooting data (EXIF), and no thumbnails or reduced copies are sent either.

We do not use your photos for training or statistics.

1. What the Software sends

The Software itself does not connect to the internet, including to our servers. License checks, purchases, and updates are handled by the Microsoft Store on Windows and by the App Store on Mac (features built into each OS). Any information Microsoft or Apple processes in doing so is governed by the Microsoft Privacy Statement or the Apple Privacy Policy. We do not receive that information.

2. Information we collect

Inquiries	If you contact us by email or otherwise, we collect the content of your inquiry and your contact details in order to reply
Website usage	Usage data that does not identify you, collected through Google Analytics (see section 6)

You do not need to register an email address or any other information with us to use the Software.

3. Information we do not collect

Your photos or any part of them (including thumbnails and crops)
File names, folder names, or shooting data (EXIF)
A record of what you do in the Software (which photos you kept or rejected)
Your name, email address, Microsoft account, or Apple ID information (except when you contact us)
Credit card information (payments are handled by the Microsoft Store and the App Store; we do not receive it)

4. How we use information and disclosure to third parties

We use the content of your inquiry only to respond to it. We do not provide your information to third parties except as required by law, and we do not send you promotional email.

Microsoft Corporation	Distribution of the Software, license management, and payments (Microsoft Store). Payment information is handled by Microsoft; we do not receive it

6. Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Analytics (Google LLC) to understand how the site is used. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect usage data that does not identify you (pages viewed, referrer, approximate region, browser and OS type, and so on).

We do not send your name, email address, or other personally identifying information to Google.
The data collected is managed under Google's privacy policy:

The Software (the app) contains no analytics. We have no way of knowing which photos you looked at or what you did in the app.

7. Retention, access, and deletion

Inquiries … deleted one year after we finish responding

To access, correct, or delete the records of your inquiry, please contact us at the address below. After confirming your identity, we will respond promptly.

Records of your Microsoft Store purchase are held by Microsoft, and records of your App Store purchase are held by Apple. To review or delete them, please use your Microsoft account or Apple ID settings.

8. Changes to this policy

Any changes will be posted on this page. If the English and Japanese versions differ, the Japanese version prevails.
